Heating by steam injection The water is heated by steam injection and is fed with steam of max. 8 bar. An adjustable thermostat controls the temperature and closes or opens the steam supply. The heating is secured with a PT-100 sensor.

Dosing pump for rinse aid/drying aid (max) For optimal cleaning, a rinse aid/drying aid is dosed in the rinse zone. The dosage can be adjusted manually. P11

Continuous flow heater for rinsing to heat the rinse water to remove the washing solution. In addition, with the correct temperature setting, the laundry can be thermally disinfected.

One-man operation EKW The operator stands at the exit side of the system and places the boxes on the slide that is integrated on the top of the system. With the next box, the boxes are pushed to the tipping arch. Here the boxes tip in a controlled manner and are guided into the washing tunnel on the entrance side. The cleaned boxes are removed by the operator again at the exit side. Max. box length: 800 mm

Adjustable hold-down device This can be adjusted to the laundry items from the outside of the machine.

' EAB blower After cleaning, the crates are fed into the blower. The air knives generate a strong, ''cutting'' air flow that blows the excess water off the crates (Other blowers with a higher number of fans available on request!)'

Heating by electric element. An electric body is installed to heat the water. A PT-100 sensor controls the temperature and switches the element on or off.

Plastic guide for EKW for improved protection and more guidance if no standard crates are washed. (e.g. metal baskets)

EKW roller conveyor For convenient handling of the boxes, it is possible to use a roller conveyor. Made of stainless steel with plastic rollers. Length: 1000 mm

Rotating wedge wire filter Before the rinsing water flows back into the water tank for reuse, it is thoroughly filtered by a rotating wedge wire filter. The rotating filter drum transports the existing dirt to a scraper, which separates the dirt particles from the washing water. Thanks to its design, this filter system is self-cleaning and suitable for heavy dirt loads. The drive has an output of 0.18 kW.

Heating by hot water heat exchanger The water is heated by a hot water coil. This coil, made of stainless steel, is connected (1 1/2" connection) to warm water of 90°C and 0.35 bar. A PT-100 sensor controls the temperature and opens or closes the water supply.

Washing tunnel elevation for boxes up to a height of 400 mm

Steam extractor 1600 The system has an axial fan. The capacity of this fan is 1600m³/hour at 150Pa. The drive power is 0.37 kW. Connection: Ø 315 mm.
