The complete answer to the tumbling and/or mixing needs for whole meat products such as chicken, chicken legs, ham, pork loins, poultry, minced meat products of meat, fish, vegetables, salads, etc. The range and versatility is almost unlimited. The Normwagen Tumbler works with standard trolleys, vacuum quality up to approx. 50 percent. (For higher vacuum, reinforced trolleys can be used.) Note that the headspace above the bin of 150 liters allows the thorough mixing and tumbling of the product. These 150 liters together with the bin volume of 200 liters make up the total tumbling/mixing volume for the products, allowing the bin to be loaded to its maximum. It must also be noted that there is a bar in the headspace that gently separates the product during tumbling, ensuring very fast and thorough mixing. All safety measures have been considered with accurate sensors and switches. On the digital display you can easily program the start time, switching the vacuum on and off and interval operation, the frequency converter and the programmable 100 control. When the time has elapsed, the tumbler stops with the trolley in the exact position. One press of the "down" button and the trolley goes down and can be pulled out. The standard trolley tumbler can be reloaded. Capacity: volume of 200 liters per operation. The standard trolley tumbler is very easy to maintain in a high hygiene standard and requires little maintenance.
