Description

The system is constructed from stainless steel 304 - material number 1.4301 and is accessible from both sides over the entire length of the washing tunnel with the help of doors that open upwards. If a door is opened during the washing process, the system stops. The pallets are transported lying down, with the long side leading, over a plastic chain. Side and top guides ensure that the pallets are well positioned during washing. The nozzles in the washing zone can be removed from the spray pipes without tools. The spray direction can also be corrected without tools. A pump supplies the nozzle network. The rinsing water flows back into the water tank via a filter. The rinsing arch in the rinsing zone is equipped with stainless steel nozzles and is fed from the water network. The rinsing stops automatically as soon as there is no pallet in the system. The entire system is controlled by a Siemens PLC 27-1200 with KTP 600 panel in a stainless steel control cabinet.
