EDW-20 Big-Box washing system

Description

The washing cabinet is made of stainless steel 1.4301 and enables optimal cleaning of up to 20 big boxes per hour. The cabinet is constructed in such a way that quick interior cleaning can be carried out without any problem. The interior is easily accessible through the spacious door. The floor is sloped so that water and dirt can be quickly drained away. The pump and drive for the spray pipes, as well as an optional dosing pump, are mounted in a closed space at the back of the cabinet. This space is accessible via two removable hatches. The big boxes can be locked onto the loading door easily and without tools. After pressing the start button, the door closes and the cleaning program begins. During the main wash, the outside and inside are cleaned by a rotating spray arch. For controlled movement of the spray arch, it is driven by a motor. Depending on the level of dirt, it is possible to set the duration of the cleaning program. After the main wash, the big box is rinsed with clear water during the final rinse. Before the rinse water flows back into the water tank for reuse, it is thoroughly filtered through perforated filters. The filters are easy to remove and the spacious water tank is therefore easily accessible. After the PLC-controlled wash program has finished, the door opens and takes the big box outside.
