2 high-pressure pumps, one of which is a spare
1 high-pressure water nozzle
1 electric motor
*Application:
Label removal machine with rotating crate turntable for removing paper labels from all four sides of E1, E2, and E3 Euro crates. The machine has a capacity of 400 to 1,000 crates/hour. The label remover can be used as a standalone unit or integrated into a crate washing line.
A 2,000 mm long loading conveyor is included.
*Crate Transport:
Crates can be loaded manually or automatically onto the infeed conveyor. They are then transported through the entire washing line to the unloading conveyor at the exit of the crate washing machine via a crate conveyor system.
*Label Removal:
The crates are fed into the machine via a chain conveyor and then automatically transported to a crate rotator. Here, the crates are rotated 360° and the labels are removed from all four sides of the crate using a high-pressure water jet milling unit. The crates are then conveyed to the exit. The number of crate rotations depends on the set hourly capacity. The high-pressure nozzle is mounted on a rail and its height is manually adjustable, ensuring the water jet is precisely directed onto the labeled sides of the crate. The noise level measured at this point is 94 dB, therefore, operators must wear hearing protection. The water from the label remover is discharged directly into the drain via a drawer-type gravity filter with 2 mm holes. Alternatively, a filter system can be offered that directs the water into the pre-wash water tank.
*Design:
The machine's enclosed tunnel design ensures a safe working environment during operation. The stainless steel construction meets high hygiene standards, and the user-friendly control panel allows full control over the label removal process.
