The pallet truck, often called a pallet jack, is the most commonly used material handling device for internal transport. It consists of two forks that slide under the pallet and a hydraulic lifting system operated by a drawbar. A pumping motion raises the load a few centimeters, allowing the pallet to be easily moved.
Advantages:
Easy to handle, low-maintenance, and cost-effective. Ideal for short transport distances on level ground. Areas of application: warehouses, supermarkets, truck loading and unloading.
