To restore a cleaned rail system to an operational state, the sliding surface must be lubricated. The rail lubricator enables the application of precisely defined quantities of lubricant to the previously cleaned rail. A high-quality grease pump individually controls the application rate and timing intervals for the lubrication process, reliably preventing over-lubrication. The reservoir has a capacity of 4.0 liters, allowing for the optimal lubrication of several thousand meters of rail. It can be equipped with either a sliding hook head or a roller hook head and is suitable for 1½" and 2" rails. The unit can be guided along the rail manually or via an external conveyor system.
