Product Details
Box channels are used to collect surface water and drain it into the sewage system. They can be manufactured in various sizes and shapes. Standard production utilizes 2 mm thick AISI 304 or AISI 316 steel sheet. The channels feature an integrated slope, set at 1% by default; the slope can be customized for specific projects. To facilitate installation, each channel is equipped with leveling screws and anchoring elements, allowing for precise leveling before the channel is embedded in concrete.
The covers consist of gratings. Depending on the application and load requirements, the following grating types are available: mesh, bar, or plate gratings.
•Easy access for cleaning (rounded internal corners, removable gratings, debris basket with trap)
•Edge finishing can be adapted to flooring requirements (e.g., additional folds for tiles, angles for expansion joints)
As a standard, sections longer than 4 meters are connected using flanged joints with gaskets. Depending on customer requirements, channel drains can be connected to other drainage system components, such as gullies or slotted channels.
