The standard trolley tumbler works with standard trolleys, achieving a vacuum quality of up to approximately 50 percent. (For higher vacuum levels, reinforced trolleys can be used.)
Note that the 150-liter headspace above the hopper allows for thorough mixing and tumbling of the product. This 150 liters, together with the 200-liter hopper volume, provides the total tumbling/mixing volume for the products, allowing the hopper to be loaded to its maximum capacity. It's also important to note that there's a bar in the headspace that gently separates the product during tumbling, ensuring very fast and thorough mixing.
All safety measures have been taken into account with precise sensors and switches.
The new digital display allows you to easily program the start time, vacuum on/off, and interval operation, as well as the frequency converter and programmable 100-degree control.
When the time is up, the tumbler stops with the trolley in the exact position. Press the "down" button and the trolley lowers and can be pulled out. The standard trolley tumbler can be reloaded.
Capacity: 400 liters per cycle. The standard trolley tumbler can rotate in two directions. The cutter trolley locking mechanism is operated via a foot pedal.
The standard trolley tumbler is very easy to maintain and maintains a high standard of hygiene and requires little maintenance. (For continuous operation - lubricate the main bearings once a week, replace the blue seal every 2-3 years!)

5 different mixing arms that make the tumbler even more functional and versatile. They enable easy mixing of even the most difficult products, making them a useful addition to standard trolley tumblers. Easy assembly and disassembly allow the mixing arms to be easily attached or removed depending on product requirements. Using different mixing arms optimizes the mixing process and increases the flexibility of your tumbler. (Mixing arms can be retrofitted!)
