EPW-90 pallet washing machine

Safety devices:
- Sensors on the hatches of the washing tunnels: as soon as a hatch is opened, the system stops
- Emergency switch on the control cabinet
- Water level switch to prevent the pumps from running dry
- Torque protection on the drive: if the transport blocks, the drive stops
- Protective cap over the drive and rotating parts.
Description:
The entire system is constructed from solid plates and profiles (stainless steel 304 - material number 1.4301.) and stands on adjustable feet. The washing tunnel is accessible using a practical removable hatch. The pallets are fed into the washing tunnel via a loading module. A plastic conveyor belt transports the pallet on the short side. A large number of nozzles guarantee optimal cleaning of the pallets. The side guides ensure that the pallets are well positioned during the cleaning process. Sensors on the hatches immediately switch off the pallet washing system if a hatch is opened during operation. The system is controlled via a Siemens logo, which is located in a stainless steel control cabinet.

In the pre-wash zone, the stainless steel nozzles are configured for maximum cleaning results. They are fed by a powerful, energy-saving pump. Before the rinse water flows back into the tank for reuse, it is thoroughly filtered through a filter drawer. The filter drawer is easy to remove, making the spacious water tank easily accessible. The pre-wash tank is filled via a filling connection with level sensors. These level sensors switch off the water supply as soon as the operating level is reached. A ball valve is installed to empty the pre-wash tank. This allows the tank to be emptied quickly and safely.
