Description The entire system is constructed in a compact design from solid plates and profiles (stainless steel 304 - material number 1.4301.) and stands on adjustable feet. The washing tunnel is quick and easy to clean. The spacious door makes the inside easily accessible for internal cleaning. The water tank has a sloping floor so that the water drains quickly and the tank is easy to clean. The standard trolleys are guided upside down into the washing system by the sweeping device (transport width 675 mm). Two plastic chains transport the standard trolleys through the washing tunnel. The side guides ensure a good position. At the exit, the standard trolleys are removed by a sweeping device. Pre- and main wash zone In the pre- and main wash zone, the standard trolleys are cleaned and the dirt on the standard trolleys is removed. In the washing zones, the stainless steel nozzles are configured for maximum cleaning results. They are fed by a powerful, energy-saving pump. Before the rinsing water flows back into the water tank for reuse, it is thoroughly filtered through a filter drawer. The filter drawer is easy to remove and the spacious water tank is therefore easily accessible. The washing tanks are filled via a filling connection with a level gauge. This level gauge switches off the water supply as soon as the operating level is reached. An overflow prevents the water level from becoming too high. A manhole is installed for quick and convenient emptying of the water tanks. Rinse zone In the rinse zone, the standard trolleys are rinsed with clear water. The rinse arch is equipped with stainless steel nozzles. The water supply is connected to the water mains and equipped with a rinse control. Technical information Connection: 400V
