'Description: The entire system is constructed from solid plates and profiles (stainless steel 304 - material number 1.4301.) and stands on adjustable feet. The washing tunnel can be tilted in two parts to the left and right, thus providing spacious access to the interior. The crates are transported using a plastic chain. The rinsing pipes are equipped with a large number of nozzles. In the rinsing zone, the crates are rinsed with clean water. The rinsing bend is connected directly to the water network. Safety features: - Locks on the washing tunnel covers - Emergency switches that are easy to reach. - Water level switch to prevent the pumps from running dry. - Protective cap over drives and rotating parts. In the main washing zone, the crates are cleaned and dirt removed from the crates. The nozzles are configured for maximum cleaning results. They are fed by a powerful, energy-saving pump. Before the rinsing water flows back into the water tank for reuse, it is thoroughly filtered through a filter drawer. The filter drawer is easy to remove and the spacious water tank is therefore easily accessible. The main wash tank is filled via its own filling connection which is equipped with level sensors. A high level sensor switches off the water supply as soon as the water reaches operating level. A low level sensor opens the water supply if the water level is too low. An overflow prevents the water level from getting too high. A ball valve is installed to empty the main wash tank. This means that the tank can be emptied quickly and safely. The water tank is designed with a slope at the bottom so that the water flows away quickly when emptied. In the rinsing zone, the rinsing water (or adhering cleaning agents) from the crates is rinsed off with fresh water. The spray arch is connected directly to the water network for this purpose.
