EDW-2N-L Big-Box/Cutter Cart Washing System

Description

The washing cabinet is made of stainless steel 1.4301 and enables optimal cleaning of up to 20 big boxes or 40 cutter trolleys per hour. The cabinet is designed in such a way that a quick interior cleaning can be carried out without any problem. The interior is easily accessible through the spacious door. The floor is sloped so that water and dirt can be drained away quickly. The pump and drive for the spray pipes and an optional dosing pump are mounted in a closed space at the back of the cabinet. This space is accessible via two removable hatches. The big boxes or cutter trolleys can be locked onto the loading door easily and without tools. After pressing the start button, the door closes and the cleaning program begins. During the main wash, the outside and inside are cleaned by a rotating spray arch. This is driven by a motor for controlled movement of the spray arch. Depending on the level of dirt, it is possible to set the duration of the cleaning program. After the main wash, the big boxes or cutter trolleys are rinsed with clear water during the final rinse. Before the rinse water flows back into the water tank for reuse, it is thoroughly filtered through perforated filters. The filters are easy to remove and the spacious water tank is therefore easily accessible. After the PLC-controlled wash program has finished, the door opens and brings the big box or cutter trolley outside. The big box can be removed and the next one can be placed.
