The Swing Loader, a rotating and tilting frame, is designed for de-tarring 200L lifting and loading trolleys. The frame and swing arm for holding the trolleys are designed as an open tube construction made of stainless steel profiles, material no. 1.4301. The surfaces are ground. The drive for the rotating and tilting process consists of a complete electro-hydraulic drive station with oil tank, switching valve, pump unit, motor protection and the complete electronic and hydraulic connections. The entire unit is covered with a stainless steel hood for protection. The control panel with the "up/down" functions is installed on the right-hand side of the base frame in the direction of entry. The drive station is only activated when the function button is pressed, which means that the rotating, tilting and lowering process can be interrupted in any position by releasing the pressed button (dead man switch). The swing arm for holding the loading trolleys is equipped with two adjustable lifting fitting guide pieces (+/-25mm) and with a permanently installed transfer chute. In relation to the lowest position of the swing arm, the transfer chute is not at a right angle to the trolley holder but is inclined by 1° in the discharge direction! The swing arm is moved by a centrally arranged stainless steel hydraulic cylinder. The machine is equipped with a chassis (two swivel and two fixed castors) for manual driving. The castors are made of food-safe, fatty acid-resistant plastic.
