Description

'Lifting and tilting device, type KHV Mast, lifting fork, slider, slider axle and the machine casing are made completely of stainless steel, material no.: 1.4301, surfaces ground. The lifting fork is designed to accommodate standard loading trolleys (according to DIN 9797). The trolleys are emptied via their narrow side. The lift is completely ready for connection, with all safety equipment, including the adjustable limit switches in the upper and lower positions and a safety limit switch as a max. - max. lifting height limiter. The machine is operated via a control panel with three buttons. The buttons are assigned the functions "UP - STOP - DOWN". The upward movement of the lifting fork is self-holding, the downward movement via "dead man''s switch". The drive for the lifting and lowering movement consists of a gear brake motor and a roller chain connected to the slider along with the necessary chain wheels. The brake motor prevents the lifting fork from sinking under load in the event of a power failure. The slide is equipped with a mechanical safety device that prevents the lifting fork from sinking under load if the chain breaks. The supply cables required for the electrical connection of the machine and the fastening material for setting up the machine on site are not part of our scope of delivery and services and must be provided by the customer. Important: from a lifting height of 3,050 mm, the lifting and tilting devices must be secured to a building wall/ceiling or to the machine to be fed in addition to being attached to the floor! Please note that, depending on the type of user, the machine must be equipped with certain safety systems (e.g. protective cage, or various covers, etc.) to prevent anyone staying in the danger zone or reaching into it when the machine is running.
