U-profiles, support tube, combination rollers, "sliders" are not made of stainless steel, but of galvanized black steel. The chains and sprockets are made of black steel. The lifting and tipping device consists of 2 columns, a lifting fork and a safety cage. The safety cage is equipped with an electromagnetic lock so that the lifting and tipping device can only be operated when the door is closed. The lifting fork is designed to hold the above-mentioned containers. The containers are emptied via their long side. The lift is completely ready for connection, with all safety equipment, including the adjustable limit switches in the top and bottom positions and a safety limit switch as a maximum lifting height limit. The lifting fork is guided during the tipping process via two guides attached to the mast. The upward movement of the lifting fork is self-locking, the downward movement - via a "dead man''s switch". The drive for the lifting and lowering movement consists of a geared brake motor made by "Lenze" and a roller chain connected to the slider, along with the necessary chain wheels.
