The stainless steel electric pallet truck is especially suitable for sensitive applications.

These include healthcare, semiconductor manufacturing, the food service industry, and the pharmaceutical and food industries – anywhere where strict hygiene regulations must be met. The electric pallet truck complies with the relevant standards EN 1175:2020 and 16307-1:2020.

With a load capacity of 2000 kg, loads are lifted and moved fully electrically. This is made possible by two electric motors.

The powerful 850 W drive motor makes electric operation a breeze.

Combined with the ergonomically shaped tiller and polyurethane wheels, heavy loads can be maneuvered and moved with ease.

The corresponding control buttons are conveniently located on the tiller head.

The electromagnetic brake and the tortoise mode provide additional safety.

Description

The electric lifting and precise lowering of the load is also controlled at the tiller head. This is where the 840 W lifting motor comes into play. Heavy loads are effortlessly lifted up to 170 mm.

The drive and lifting motor are powered by a long-lasting 48 V/30 Ah lithium-ion battery. The integrated 48 V/10 A charger can be connected to any standard household outlet.

The robust chassis of the electric pallet truck, made of high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel, meets the highest safety and hygiene standards.

Due to its excellent corrosion resistance, 304 stainless steel is the most widely used grade of stainless steel worldwide. It resists corrosion from most oxidizing acids. Because of its durability, this stainless steel is easy to disinfect and is therefore ideally suited for all sensitive applications.

The device is fundamentally not designed and therefore unsuitable for transporting iron pallets, wire mesh boxes or other carriers that could scratch the stainless steel surface.
