'EDMR knife basket washing system - for baskets 265 x 100 x 500 mm. type MHB-1-4 380 x 100 x 500 mm. type MHB-2-6 - for cleaning 400 baskets per hour with a dwell time of 45 seconds. - max. height of the baskets is 500 mm. Description The entire system is constructed from solid plates and profiles (stainless steel 304 - material number 1.4301.) and stands on adjustable feet. The washing tunnel is accessible using practical doors that open upwards. The baskets are transported using a plastic chain. The rinsing pipes are equipped with a large number of plastic click nozzles. The spray pattern of these nozzles can be adjusted quickly and easily without tools. Side and movable upper frames (parallelogram) ensure the correct position of the baskets during cleaning. In the rinsing zone, the baskets are rinsed with clean water. The rinsing arch is connected directly to the water network. Main wash zone In the main wash zone, the baskets are cleaned and the dirt on the baskets is removed. The nozzles are configured for maximum cleaning results. They are fed by a powerful, energy-saving pump. Before the rinsing water flows back into the water tank for reuse, it is thoroughly filtered through a filter drawer. The filter drawer is easy to remove, making the spacious water tank easily accessible. The main wash tank is filled via its own filling connection which is equipped with level sensors. A high level sensor switches off the water supply as soon as the water reaches operating level. A low level sensor opens the water supply if the water level is too low. An overflow prevents the water level from becoming too high. A ball valve is installed for emptying the main wash tank. This means that the tank can be emptied quickly and safely. The water tank is designed with a slope at the bottom, making it quick and easy to empty and clean. Rinse zone - fresh water In the rinse zone, the wash water is rinsed off the baskets with fresh water. For this purpose, the spray arch is directly connected to the water network. A sensor operates this rinse arch. If there are no baskets present, the fresh water supply is closed.
